It’s that time of year again, and we are gearing up for the 2019 Association of National Advertisers’ (ANA) 19th Annual Multicultural Excellence Awards — celebrating the year’s best multicultural advertising campaigns featured in the U.S.
The awards raise awareness of and provide exposure for the outstanding work being done in the areas of African-American, Asian, Experiential Marketing, Hispanic, LGBTQ, Socially Responsible, People with Disabilities, and Total Market advertising, as well as media specific categories, such as Audio, Digital/Social/Mobile, and Print.
eSSENTIAL Accessibility is honored to yet again be the official sponsor of the “People with Disabilities” award category which is relatively new to the awards program. In fact, eSSENTIAL Accessibility inaugurated the People with Disabilities category six years ago with the purpose of educating CMOs on the value of being an inclusive and disability-friendly brand. Today, this category seeks to celebrate brands that are using their voices and platforms to focus on wider social issues that directly target or resonate with People with Disabilities.
Did your brand promote advertisements or campaigns with People with Disabilities this year?
If this sounds like you: great! In order for your brand’s advertisement to be considered for this award, your creative must incorporate the People with Disabilities consumer segment as a key pillar of your campaign.

Please note that ANA member and non-member companies, or agencies and media companies are invited to enter for the awards through the September 9 deadline. All category winners will be announced at the 2019 ANA Multicultural Marketing & Diversity Conference, which will take place on November 6-8, 2019 in San Diego, CA.
