USING A MAC?

You can access eSSENTIAL Accessibility's assistive tools on your Apple computer by installing Microsoft Windows®. You don't have to be a computer whiz to make it work, but you will need a recent version of Windows.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

A free Apple utility called Boot Camp allows Windows to operate on Macs.

To install Windows on your computer, you will need to follow the following steps:

  • Check for operating system updates from Apple
  • Run Apple's Boot Camp Assistant, found in the Utilities folder
  • Install a recent version of Microsoft Windows
  • Install Windows support software

You can find complete instructions for installing Windows on your Mac here, or access an Apple.com video tutorial.
